RETURNS
You have the right to return the entire order or part of it if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can make a change with another product or get your money back.
IN-STORE RETURNS / CHANGE
You can return the product you purchased and ask for its replacement by another product or products or we will refund your money. The store is located at 74 Pentelis Avenue in Vrilissia.
Opening hours are 10: 00-18: 00 Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and 10:00-21: 00 Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

EXCHANGE WITH COURIER
In case you wish to exchange the product you purchased , you will be charged the return shipping costs (..) as well as the new shipping costs (…) (plus .. € if you want to pay the difference by cash on delivery).
In case you want a refund for part or all of the order, the shipping costs of the return are borne by you (…).After the return is approved (items must be in perfect condition and have their inside labels), the refund amount will be deposited into your account within 10 working days. If you declare us a EUROBANK account, there will be no additional bank charges. Otherwise you will be charged the respective expenses of your bank.
In case of company error in shipping the product or shipping defective product , the shipping costs are borne by the company.
You can make your return with any other courier company at your own risk and charge.
