After selecting "Forgot your password?", enter the e-mail you used on your registration and click "Reset Password". In this e-mail we will send you a link which will take you to your password reset page where you set the new password you want to use and click "Reset Password"

You can pick up your order by selecting "Shipping" or "Pick up from the store".

Delivery time and cost depend on your location and the weight of your products.

8. Can I pick up my online order from the physical store?
Yes, you can pick up your order from the physical store. To pick up your order from the physical store, in the Shipping Methods field you must select “Pick up from the store” and then proceed with the payment by choosing Payment method either debit / credit card or Bank deposit or payment at the store.
9. How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by selecting the corresponding link at the bottom of the newsletter page. If you are a registered user you can also log in to "My Account", select "Newsletter Subscriptions" on the left, deselect the "Subscribe to Newsletter" icon and click Save.
