USE OF ACCOUNT

By means of “My account” feature you can manage your shopping cart, review your previous orders and process your profile and data. More specifically

My Account: .
It is a field where you can change your personal details, such as: telephone number, contact email, charging address, shipping address, invoice details etc.

"My Bag" (Shopping cart): .
It is a dynamic shopping cart where you can view analytical details for all products you have selected up to now. These details may be: number of products, name, cost per product, quantity per product, product code and total order cost.

Previous orders: .
A cumulative list of previous orders, including total cost and order number. By simply clicking on one of your previous orders, you may view a detailed presentation including details as of the shopping cart, as this had been configured for that order; you may also select quickly and directly any products from those you had ordered in the past, without having to search again in the relevant product categories or series. Just click on "Account" and then "History"

Safety of Transactions: .
ROUGE Company, in collaboration with MILLENIUM BANK, offers you the potential of direct (On-Line) payment, charging your credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) via DeltaPay Service.

The transfer of all credit card details is carried out as safely as possible; DeltaPay Service informs ROUGE Company only of the success or failure of the transaction and does not share the details of your credit card, thus ensuring transaction secrecy in the best possible way.

The drawing presents in detail how DeltaPay Service operates in a typical purchase, paying via VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.

If the user selects to perform the transaction with credit card via DeltaPay Service, he/she is led to DeltaPay Service (Millennium Bank) environment, where he/she must enter the number of his/her VISA or MASTERCARD, the expiration date, his/her name, as well as the three-digit verification code. At this point, DeltaPay Service takes over control so as to complete the transaction.

Communication is performed implementing the highest safety level currently in Europe, which is supported by asymmetric coding algorithms at 128 bits. MILLENNIUM BANK then informs ROUGE Company only of the success or failure of the transaction and does not share details of the customer’s credit card (e.g. its number), thus ensuring transaction secrecy in the best possible way.
